That's the date......Chris had a relapse yesterday.....We talked...It's a nightmare.... I don't even think I can type about it. Basically he's saying he needs inpatient treatment, but can't do inpatient because he works....I'm sure there are a lot of people in his boat.....There must be something he can do....I don't know...I'm tired of his problems...

You have too much on your plate! Glad that new valve seems to be the ticket.
His treatment is HIS problem but also that he knows he needs it... hope it is his salvation. Just tell him fuck it, does it matter to have a job if he is losing his life? Sounds like this guy needs inpatient. He knows that. Better sober and alive than drunk and employed and then dead. That can be the outcome and it really sounds like he knows this...
You take care of yourself and those younger kids. This guy and the big ones need to find their own way. You are one fine and strong woman! I am hoping all the best for all of you!
