In a recent interview, mother of four Ellen Robertson attributes the shortness of breath to "stress." "I get short of breath whenever I get stressed out, too," Robertson explained. Seventeen year old patient Caitlin Kirkpatrick disagrees. "WebMD said that there is only one possible reason why every day it feels like rubberbands are being wound around my lungs. It's congestive heart failure," said Kirkpatrick. Robertson, who is indeed Kirkpatrick's mother retorted, "Or it could be late onset cystic fibrosis."
Parents just don't understand. Can you tell that Caitlin is an editor for the school newpaper???? |
